Do you support OEM?
Yes. We offer OEM services including custom branding, packaging, and labeling. Minimum order quantity applies. Contact Tony for details.
What warranty do you offer?
All screens come with a quality guarantee. Defective units are replaced free of charge. Warranty terms depend on the screen type — typically 3-6 months. We test every screen before shipping.
What's your MOQ?
Minimum order quantity is 10 units for new customers. This allows you to test our quality with minimal risk. For bulk orders, we offer tiered pricing — the more you order, the lower the per-unit price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer, Western Union, and L/C (Letter of Credit) for large orders. For sample orders, we also accept PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
How long is shipping time?
Middle East: 3-5 days. Africa: 5-7 days. Southeast Asia: 5-7 days. We ship via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. All orders are securely packaged with anti-static and bubble wrap.
Can you ship to Egypt?
Yes. We ship to Egypt regularly via DHL and FedEx. Typical delivery time is 5-7 days. We have many satisfied customers in Cairo and Alexandria.
Can you ship to Vietnam?
Yes. Vietnam is one of our key markets in Southeast Asia. Delivery takes 5-7 days via DHL or FedEx. We ship to Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi regularly.
Can you ship to Algeria?
Yes. We ship to Algeria via DHL and FedEx. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. We serve customers in Algiers and Oran.

Do you offer sample orders?
Yes. We encourage new customers to start with a small sample order (10 units minimum). This way you can verify our quality before placing larger orders.
What screen types do you offer?
We supply LCD, OLED, AMOLED, TFT LCD, and IPS LCD screens. We also offer TFT-to-OLED conversion kits for select models.
